How do I place an order?

Search for your desired item, add to cart, view cart and complete your details in the check out.

​How do I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order has been placed with PureLite Candles and you have received your order confirmation, we are unable to amend the order or delivery. However, we will do our best to intervene and make any changes to your order before it is despatched.

Report damaged item(s)?

If you have received a damaged item(s), we offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of delivery. For more information see my Returns Policy

Payment and Shipping

We accept payment via PayPal or Debt and Credit Cards.

All candles, tealights and wax melts will be made once payment is cleared unless already in stock.

Delivery in the UK £5.95 on all orders and takes 3-5 working days.
